Dutch independent designer and artist ROY IS A MESS draws deeply on turn-of-the-millennium pop culture, blending the rebellious energy of 2000s rock stars with the eccentric street style of Japan’s Harajuku. The energy is closer to punk jewelry beyond Vivienne Westwood and the KiiiKiii anti-polished formula than to quiet fine jewelry.
